Does this sound familiar?
- Just before the bride says "I do," a restless infant in the audience
screams in the background.
- Your babysitter cancels and you have to miss your company Christmas party.
- With no childcare, attendance for your conference is dismal (again).
- Before you cut the cake, all of your guests have cut and run to relieve the babysitter at home.
Kids at Play provides on-site childcare for a full spectrum of social gatherings to make sure this never happens to you.
Booking Kids at Play for your next wedding, corporate event or private party will ensure that all parents can attend and enjoy a distraction-free event.
This means more wedding gifts, higher revenues and more fun at the party. Perfect for out-of-town and in-town guests, Kids at Play gives parents the
chance to relax while our trained staff entertains your kids until you decide it is time to leave.
- Leading up to your event, we meet with you face-to-face to customize a package to match your event's needs.
- Several hours prior to your event, we set up our Kids at Play Zone at your venue.
- As guests arrive, we check in the kids with our customized Safe Check-In process.
- Throughout the event, we treat our guests (your kids) to a selection of games, snacks, activities and entertainment.
- When the fun is just too much for some of our guests, we provide sleeping accommodations.
- For kid-friendly moments, we allow parents to check out and check in their kids throughout the event.
- After all our guests have gone home, we sanitize and clean the Kids at Play Zone and the venue with eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products.
